Our homes are built with standard multi-zone heating and cooling for maximum comfort, and we offer a large variety of smart home and connected home technology to meet our customers’ wide range of needs and desires.
Larger base trim, case, mouldings and headers create a quality finish that upholds the North Ridge standards. Solid-core doors, exposed post and beam, and quality wood products throughout give our homes an elevated and elegant feel.
70+% larger footings than industry standard. We use larger footings, extra concrete and additional rebar in all of our foundations. Our experience tells us this is the best way to avoid long-term problems in a home.
12” TJI Floor joists and Engineered Trusses give structural integrity beyond the norm, while coupled with continuous shear nailing thorough the exterior of the home.
R-38 insulation in the crawlspace, high density R-21 in the walls, and R-49 in the attic, (R-60 available) combined with 95% efficient heating and cooling systems provide improved efficiency for the lifetime of the home, saving cost of operation in the long run.
High-Def Composition Architectural Shingles give extended lifetime of wear as well as high end beautiful aesthetic. OSHA approved D-Ring tie downs are included in all our homes, to create ease of maintenance for owners over time.
