Cost:
People tend to want a hard and fast answer on what it will cost to build a home. We totally get that.
We wish it were that easy, but the truth is that most people don't come into the custom home building process with a hard and fast idea of what they want to build.
Once we begin asking questions about land, floorpan, square footage, style of build, finishes and features, customers tend to be uncertain. This is where our job of helping you clarify and understand begins.
That's why we start the estimating process by looking at budget, and we build from there, matching your priorities with reality.
As counter-intuitive as it may seem to some, the best way to start is to talk to a lender about how much you want to finance, and what kind of payment you want to have. Discuss all the financing options, so you know what you're in for at the end. If you're building without financing, then you probably already have a good idea of what you want to spend on your build. Once you know what you have to work with, it's a lot easier to decide on finishes and features that fit inside the budget you want to keep.
After that, it's our job to help you make smart decisions that bring your dream home to life, and keep your cost inside the budget you've set.
