Huckleberry
Huckleberry (AKA North Ridge Site Security) is a friendly and loving 5-year-old silver lab who spends most of his days in the office or the truck alongside Dale, as they keep all the North Ridge projects moving forward. When he’s not working hard on the construction site, you can find Huckleberry lounging in the sun, barking at the air, or cuddling up with Dale and Jessica at home.

01 - Consultation and Site Analysis
The first step in building your custom home with North Ridge Homes is to schedule a consultation with us. During this meeting, we will get to know you and your family, and we will assess the feasibility of your project. 02 - Custom Design

03 - Permits and Approvals

04 - Construction

05 - Walkthroughs

06 - Move-In Day
After months of hard work and dedication, we will hand over the keys to your new home. We will make sure that everything is in place and functioning properly, and we will provide you with a comprehensive orientation for your new home. We will answer any questions you may have, and we will ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final result.
07 - After Move-In
Living in your new home will be guided by the complete closeout book we will provide you. This will include warranty registration paperwork, product care and maintenance information, and a record of everything installed in the home. At the one-year mark of your move-in, we will visit to walk the home with you and ensure our industry standard warranty is honored to the fullest.
